Not much for the day. Walked to the Bahnhof east of the city centre to catch a train for a two weeks vacation :D (Not like I'm not on one since the semester has yet to begin). It took about half hour to walk from where I stay (Which is quite far)...Hence a bike is quite the necessity out here. Or you have a bike and willing to park it out at the station for two weeks. Who knows if the bike would still be around...

Located in the province of Niedersachsen (Lower Saxony), one of the closer bigger cities are Kassel and Hannover. It's a pain as most offers like those for trains only apply to the bigger cities. Or other deals like Groupon or Dailydeal.
